SHARON PFLIEGER

Founder + President

Sharon Pflieger has more than 25 years of experience in organizational development with a primary focus on leadership development and coaching, enterprise-wide change management, and leading culture change initiatives. Sharon has worked in a variety of industries, but the common denominator in all her roles is creating innovative solutions that empower people and organizations to succeed.

One of her largest and most meaningful projects involved developing a company-wide leadership model which outlined for every employee – from individual contributors to top management – what leadership in that role looked like. Throughout this process, Sharon served as the internal coach to the president and leadership team.

Particular strengths include:

  • Executive coaching (Sharon is a certified master coach who trained under best-selling author, Martha Beck, Ph.D.)

  • Strategic communication planning

  • Change management

  • Organizational development

  • Learning and leadership development

  • HR strategy, transformation, and process design

Prior to starting her own consulting practice, Sharon was a senior vice president at Bank of America focused on organizational effectiveness. Most recently, she served as director of talent and organizational development at Gulfstream Aerospace. In that role, she managed a team of 87 and reported to the head of HR. She began her early career in learning and leadership development with Deloitte and Touche Management Consulting.

Throughout her career, Sharon has focused on helping individuals, teams and companies thrive by discovering and embracing their potential. There isn’t a business challenge she’s seen that can’t be improved by focusing on growing and developing personal and collective leadership.

Change management and leadership development are not just what Sharon does with her days; they are how she spends her life. This is her calling. She is a life-long learner and passionately challenges herself and others to live on the edge of our potential.

Sharon lives in the Savannah, Georgia area with her husband Kevin, and their two teenagers, Owen and Kate.

Sharon holds a Bachelor of Science in English Communications from William Woods University in Fulton, Missouri and holds numerous certifications in the areas of leadership and change management.
